Usage
Use 1–2 g per serving for traditional whisked matcha, or 2–3 g for lattes, smoothies, and recipes.
Preparation — Whisked Matcha
Heat fresh water to a boil, then allow it to cool to 82°C / 180°F.
Add ½ teaspoon of matcha to your cup or bowl.
Pour 250 ml / 8 oz of water and whisk briskly until smooth and lightly frothy.
