You will need:
Matcha sieve · Bamboo whisk (chasen) · Matcha bowl (chawan)
Instructions:

Sift ½ tsp peppermint herbal matcha into the bowl to remove clumps.

Add 60 ml (¼ cup) hot water at ≈80°C / 176°F.

Whisk briskly in a “W” motion for 20–30 seconds until smooth and lightly frothy.

Add 190 ml (¾ cup) hot water and stir gently.
